This User Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Short Jobs, hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," and the individual user ("User" or "You").

9. Limitation of Liability: The platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform.
