Job Description
SOW: Desktop Support Technician - level 1/ backfill role/ KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER Days: TBC, required 2 days KT and TBC next working days . Time: 8am to 4pm Ref: L1 Tech /Flexible Schedule

Per-HourJob Required Skills:
a. Two to three (2-3) year’s providing IT Infrastructure field support which includes troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system issues and problems and fixing the issues without impacting / violating the hardware warranty or customer security compliance requirements. b. Hands on experience with following: Active Directory, SCCM, Mobile phones, Service Now ticketing system, Win10 deployment, Bitlocker, Office 365, VPN. c. Hands on experience in installing, troubleshooting and fixing desktops, printers, laptop and other computer peripherals hardware problems. d. Experience or ability to follow installation instructions in installation and troubleshooting desktop applications. e. Basic knowledge of networking to perform smart hand activity under instruction based activities at sites. f. Ability to lift / move computer equipment weighing up to 50Lbs. g. Good written and oral communications skills with clients and management. Good people skills. h. All Technicians will speak local language & English i. All onsite engineers will adhere to workplace health and safety policy and required trainings j. All onsite engineers will adhere to workplace access control standard k. Ability to work with deadlines and complete tasks on-time. l. Technician may be contactable after hours for emergency questions. m. Supplier will provide VIP support (Customer Support+) at identified locations. n. Supplier personnel will be aware of basics of ITIL process of Incident, Change, Problem, Service Request and related activities like spare and buffer stock management
