Job Description
1. Once onsite. Once Checked In, proceed into the site to meet with POC of MOD. Installation Specialist will reach out to you via text or phone call once assigned. 2. Take photos of the environment in all directions and send to so that an optimal mounting location can be verified for the Modem and Antenna placement. Photo of the Antenna Serial Numbers. a. Once a Wireless Installation Specialist is assigned; they will reach out to you via text and or phone call to further advise of the Site-Specific Scope of Work and to retrieve the photos above. 3. Temporarily set the Antenna at the location designated by the Wireless Installation Specialist that is assigned to you. The designated location will be determined by the photos provided, location and direction of serving tower and other information. 4. Connect the Modem and Antenna per the instructions of the SW Installation Specialist and using the power supply provided power the equipment. 4. Connect the Modem and Antenna per the instructions of the SW Installation Specialist and using the power supply provided power the equipment. 5. Connect Laptop directly to the Ethernet port of the modem.

Perform and document latency and speed test to measure latency, upload and download speeds. Take photos of each test for the SW Installation Specialist. b. 3 passing speed tests will be required. (Passing speeds tests to be determined by the SW Installation Specialist). 6. Install equipment at the direction of the Wireless Installation Specialist and provide photos at the discretion and direction of the SW Installation Specialist of the completed install at time of the completion of onsite work. You will not be released or receive a checkout code until the photos are received. 7. If instructed by the Wireless Installations Specialist: A. Perform an Outdoor Survey (Details Specified in Attached Client Documents) B. Place any unused equipment into the same boxes that were received with the new equipment 1. Take a picture of all equipment (serial numbers if applicable) before placing in the box. 2. There should be a Return Shipping Label in the box, send a photo of that to the SW Installation Specialist. 8. Shipping of RMA equipment (if applicable):
