Job Description
Pre call is required to understand the complete scope of work. Scope of work: A. Site contact will lead you to location of equipment B. Take photos and serial of each unit C. See attached Photo of SILO. You are picking up 2 of them. D. Dismantle the units (devices inside the unit). E. Pack and plastic wrap on boxes F. Load boxes and cabinets on the truck for shipping. G. Have 2 copies of BOL document we have provided and have driver sign-off on BOL document and site contact to sign-off on BOL as well. Give other copy to driver for destination sign-off

Tools Needed: - Packing Materials will be provided. 1 Dolly, wrenches, and Power Tools is required. Pre-Visit Instructions: Be sure to read and understand all the instructions and download/print all documentation attached to work order. Your representing DataSpan when on-site Confirm ETA in Field Nation within 24 hours of the appointment. Confirm all tools and supplies are in hand before departure. Must have ON HAND the documentation require
