PLEASE REVIEW INFORMATION BELOW AND REQUEST TICKET IF YOU CAN COMMIT TO BOTH PHASES *********** If you meet the teams requirements you will receive a call from the project team Scope: Phase 1: 10/28 – 11/8 Work Dates: 10/28/24 – 11/08/24 (A 1 hour orientation will take place on Friday, 10/25) Work Hours: 8am – 5pm (there may be a slight deviation in schedule adjustment +/-1.5 hours that would be communicated in advance). Scope of Work: During this phase the primary objective will be to prepare the clients for the laptop deployment. Some client groups will be involved in early deployment. Deployment scope will be listed in Phase2 Scope. Work will be at the direction of an onsite Insight Project Manager. Phase 2: 11/11 – 11/22 Work Dates: 11/11/24 – 11/22/24 (A 1 hour orientation will take place on Friday, 11/08) Work Hours: 8am – 5pm (there may be a slight deviation in schedule adjustment +/-1.5 hours that would be communicated in advance). During the work week, the tech will be asked to work an extra 6 hours per week to cover the various client shifts. Scope of Work: Deployment activities including the below: Support physical handout of laptops Support end users in logging into the laptops Support end users in basic functionality of their laptops, such as accessing email, data files, printing etc. Provide third level technical support for any back-end technical issues that may arise during the deployment period The Insight Project Manager will provide coordination support for all technical support resources and act as a liaison between the Client and the support resources

Job Required Skills:

Penalties/Deductions: 10% Deduction for 15 minutes or more late. 10% Deduction for being unprepared. Tech swaps MUST be approved in advance. Failure to do so will result in no pay of WO. Unauthorized assistants are prohibited from all Insight work. Those assistants will be asked to leave and wait offsite for you to complete the job. Terms for Travel: Payment amount listed on this WO is an all-in rate If provider is seeking additional compensation for travel time due to distance from work order, this must be requested as a counter-offer PRIOR to assignment If submitted post-assignment, pay increase requests for travel time will not be approved Tolls or Parking fees will only be eligible for reimbursement if receipt is attached to the work order when closed out Terms for Additional Time Required Onsite: Technician must call buyer contact listed in WO immediately upon realizing additional time over max hours in WO will be required
