Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Network Technician to join our team for on-site troubleshooting and installation tasks. The ideal candidate will have general knowledge of data networking, including testing cabling, tracing cables, and working with jacks. The position also requires comfort with working on ladders or lifts for higher access points.

Tech needs general data and networking knowledge and ability to test cabling, jacks, trace cables, etc. Tech must be able to work on ladders and/or lifts. Required Tools Laptop with charger Hotspot Velcro Spare Cat5e patch cables Data hand tools Wi-fi analyzer downloaded to personal cell.
Job Required Experience:
1 hour Minimum unless otherwise approved. Anything past this time will be approved in 1/4 hour increments @ accepted rates. THIS IS FOR THE TIME ON-SITE. Technician's time billed MUST match the login and out time with CPT system. NO EXCEPTIONS. Any discrepancies or failure to call our Support team as noted in this scope, will cause a delay in payment and non-payment for additional time. Deliverables: Signed WO: A copy of our signed work order must be uploaded before the payment approved. We will provide a copy of our internal work order. Field Nation's work order is for your reference only. Checkin/out: You are required to call us when arriving and before leaving the job-site to check-in and to check-out, if this is not followed, this may lead to non-payment. *****Hold times may be required****Our support team is required to follow protocols for each out our customers and we may need to call their help desk to be released based on customer/location. Messages from this platform after assignment may not be monitored, our contact numbers should be called for all issues. PHOTOS: Photos are required during troubleshooting of this request, send to photos@cptnetworks.com.Photo Examples: When installing anything "NEW" please take photos of new equipment, connections, jack/label, etc. Reference CPT WO# and Store in Subject. When troubleshooting amp/paging equipment, take photos of existing equipment with issues, wiring to back, etc. Boxing any old equipment, please take photos of packed equipment before and after sealing box to ensure packed properly.
