Job Description
A technician will be dispatched to the customer site to troubleshoot and install an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) phone. The equipment (SDWAN and PIAB 9090) will be provided by the client and mounted on a 2’x2’ board. The technician will work alongside remote support provided by Applied Network Services to ensure proper installation and configuration of devices. Additionally, the technician will ensure the analog POT service and fax functionality are operational.

Per-HourJob Required Skills:
- Tech must have valid Identification
- Tech must have Laptop
- Tech must have Butt Sett
- Tech must have punch down tool and toner
- Tech must have 150 Cat5e Cable for cable run - all Materials used must be documented and will be reimbursed at industry rate or at cost with receipt.
- Upon entry, introduce yourself to the on-site manager as Applied Network Services for ****** and he/she will escort you to the work area.

Scope of Work
You will be working with remote support throughout install:
Unbox MetTel Board, equipment will be on the 2’x2’ board that will need to be mounted to customer wall.

Tech to trouble shoot and install RMA phone- EQ is installed and fax is working
