Job Description
The technician will be responsible for installing Lexmark MX721 Laser printers across various sites in the United States and providing on-site support to ensure the printers are fully functional. Additionally, the technician may be required to switch out existing Samsung monitors with HP monitors, ensuring proper installation and cable management. All tasks, check-ins, and deliverables will be managed through the Field Power application.

. Vendor will perform the following Services:
Install services of 1884 Lexmark MX721 Laser printer project across the United States:
- Install of Lexmark MX721 Laser printer
- Provide onsite project support per the scope provided
- Ensure printers are fully functional prior to leaving site
- Utilize the Insight Field Power application for all deliverables as well as checking in and out of the site
- Act in a professional manner at all times
- Come prepared with the site step by step script in hand
- Dress in appropriate business casual attire
There may be monitors onsite (switching out Samsung monitors to HP)
Setting up each monitor takes about 30-35 minutes, depending on whether it's mounted on a stand or an arm.
Completing the monitors includes, but is not limited to, unmounting the existing monitors, switching the cables, and managing the cables to ensure everything is organized.
Everything will be done through Field Power app. Check in and out and all deliverables.
