Job Required Skills:

You will be swapping THREE or FOUR Lenovo thin pc's, physical layer, no peripherals. See the device(s) you are swapping in the top of this work order.

Prior to Check In:

• Review the deployment procedure guide in the work order.

For any issues/questions, please contact your Work Manager first.

Access Steps:

• Ring the BACK service entrance doorbell. A restaurant employee will provide access.

Upon Check In:

• Mark the task complete confirming you are inside the restaurant.

Installation Responsibility Highlights:

• Call Remote Tech Support BEFORE swapping out the first device.
• The new devices will be onsite and will be provided by the restaurant manager.
• Remote Tech Support will provide the green light to swap the first device.
• Be sure to install the new power supply.
• Take pictures before and after per the guide.
• Remote Tech Support will give the green light to swap the next device.
• Repeat until Remote Tech Support gives you a closure code for check out.
• Check out with your work order manager.

Tools and Equipment Required

• See work order qualifications, Smart Phone, 3 to 6 foot Ladder, Packaging Tape.

Job Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in the IT industry, with technical certifications preferred.
• Prior experience in technology deployments.
