Job Description
As an IT Field Technician, you will be responsible for replacing defective Lenovo Thin PCs and associated POS hardware at a restaurant location, following strict procedures outlined in the TDX Tech work order. This includes documenting equipment details, coordinating with the work order manager, and ensuring proper packaging and return of defective units.

Per-HourJob Required Skills:
- Check in and out with TDX via the Work Order Manager.
- Confirm S/N of defective unit before replacing it (X857001304)
- Document defective unit S/N and replacement unit S/N in notes section of TDX Tech work order
- Check for and report any physical damage on defective and replacement unit to Work Order Manager
- Install replacement receipt printer for POS and test with manager
- Pack defective unit and any components in the same box the replacement came in
- Deliver defective unit to carrier facility and upload receipt for return within 24hrs of completion
- Do not leave the defective unit on site
- Take pictures of anything you worked on during visit.

Technician is required to supply all tools and materials needed to complete the installation. If the technician does not have the skill set, tools, or materials needed, DO NOT accept the work order. If the technician arrives on site and is not prepared, they will be asked to leave site and will not be paid.
