Need to source a technician who will cover the site for backfill purposes.
level 2 deskside support. End user support, with some stock room checks depending on if they are covering during the checks. We need them to be fluent in skills related to laptop troubleshooting and repair, software troubleshooting as well as being able to be timely reliable.
