Scope of Work

• Check in with representative  (Listed in Work Order contacts) on arrival
• Receive the Key server, Monitor, Keyboard/Mouse, UPS, and external Hard Drive
• Technician to replace the Switch to a new one with more open port availability.
• Ensure that the Network after the swap of the switch is live. Troubleshoot with the  team as needed when completed. (Reach out to Network Ops if any issues)
• Placement of Key Server in the MDF next to the Switch.
• Prepare ethernet cables and connect it to NIC1, NIC2 and ILO Server Port but do not plug them to  switch yet.
• Technician to trace out one additional port at the Front Desk for the Programmer. Programmer Cable to be located at an open port at one of the Front Desk pods.
• Patch two cables at Front Desk for Encoders.
• Once all cabling is completed. Network Connections needs to be tested.
• Label all cables, Wall ports and patch panels used.
• Front Desk cables to be labeled as Key-Enc 1 & Key-Enc 2
• Label Patch panel and wall ports used for Key Encoder as Key-Enc 1 or Key-Enc 2
• Label Key Server as designated by  standards for Mobile Key
• Document and take pictures of all work completed in deliverables

Check out with GM before departing, have them sign off on checklist completion. 

Escalation Path - Contact Project Manager or Work order Manager

Additional Hours and expenses - all expenses must include receipts and any overage in hours must have prior written approval from project manager.

• Photos of all Work Completed components (EX: Encoders, Cables Patched, Screenshot of Ping to PMS Server.)
• Documentation of Switch Ports used, location of deployment, and network routes.
• Any cables ran, patched, or labeled.
• Ensure you have photos of the following as well:
• Key Server
• Front Picture (Hostname and IP Address Seen)
• Back Picture (Cables Connected Seen)
• Location of the Server at Network Room or Back Office
• MDF/Network Room
• Zoomed in and out picture of Switch wherein Key Server, Encoder, Programmer connects into (Cables with Label)
• Patch Panels used for Key Server & Encoder connections
• Picture of Whole MDF/Network Room
• Front Desk
• Picture of Front Desk Table (Employee POV where Key Encoder can be seen)
• Picture of Key Encoder Cables at Front Desk (Labeled as Key Encoder #1...Key Encoder #2)
• Picture of Entire Front Desk (From Behind the Counter, Key Encoder cable seen if possible)
• Picture of Wall Ports used (with Label) for Key Encoder
• Screenshots of:
• Windows Backup Profile (Showing Backup is taken and scheduled)
• Firewall Profile (Screenshot of Windows Firewall (OFF) and Powershell command showing they are disabled)
• Network Test Results
• 1. Ping From Key Server (LSP) to PMS
• 2. Ping From Front Desk PC ( Network) going to Key Server and LSP Gateway ending in (.98)
• 3. Test-netconnection result of Front Desk PC going to Key Server (Showing Port 9090 passes through)
